Vuelve is currently in a trial stage. These terms describe permitted use of the prototype; any definitive commercial offer will be documented in a separate proposal.
Using the service
Vuelve lets businesses configure rewards programs and customers view cards, stamps and benefits. Each business defines program terms, eligible products, validity periods and redemption methods.
Business responsibilities
- Publish clear terms and honor the rewards offered.
- Record only real, authorized transactions.
- Each business is responsible for managing its users and keeping their login credentials secure.
- Handle customer data in accordance with applicable regulations.
Customer responsibilities
The card is personal. It must not be altered, duplicated or used fraudulently. A reward is only considered delivered when the business records the redemption.
Availability
During the trial, changes, interruptions or incomplete features may occur. Pass display and updates also depend on the device, Apple Wallet, connectivity and the permissions chosen by the user.
Acceptable use
Attempting to access other businesses, generating abusive automated traffic, bypassing controls, interfering with the platform or using it for illegal activities is prohibited.
Benefits and payments
Rewards are the responsibility of the business offering them. The landing page does not publish prices or promise a specific plan; scope and cost are confirmed only in a commercial proposal.
