Trial version · updated September 27, 2026

This page explains in plain language what information Vuelve processes during its trial stage. Before a commercial launch, we will publish the legal details and formal contact channel of the service operator.

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, business, business type, country, city and preferred contact channel. In loyalty programs, the participating business may request identification and contact details and record stamps, eligible spending, rewards, coupons and redemptions.

How we use it

  • Respond to demo requests.
  • Operate the card and display program progress.
  • Prevent abuse, protect accounts and maintain an operational history.
  • Follow the instructions of the business responsible for each program.

Digital wallets and providers

When someone installs a pass, the technical identifiers needed to create and update it are processed. Vuelve uses infrastructure and database providers to deliver the service; we do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information while it is needed for the trial, program operations, security and applicable obligations. We apply business-level data separation, role-based permissions and server-side validation for sensitive operations.

Support chat

We use Tawk.to on public pages to answer questions. This provider processes technical browsing data and, if you use the chat, the messages and contact details you share. We do not include the chat in the dashboard, sign-in pages or personal cards, and we do not automatically send it your account details. Avoid sharing passwords or private links in a conversation.

Optional analytics with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

If you accept browsing analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and Microsoft Clarity to analyze clicks, scrolling and session replays on public pages and improve usability. These providers may process technical device information and use analytics cookies. We do not enable these tools in the dashboard, registration, sign-in, personal cards or customer onboarding pages. We mask the contact form and its confirmation in Clarity, and do not send account identifiers or form values to Google Analytics.

You can accept or reject without losing access to the site, and change your choice through “Browsing privacy” in the bottom-left corner of public pages. We save your preference in this browser. Consent covers analytics only, not advertising. See the privacy policies of Google and Microsoft.

Your choices

Consent to respond on WhatsApp is limited to that request and does not authorize future campaigns. You can request access, correction or deletion through the same channel where you received assistance. The relevant business handles requests related to its program.

Changes

We may update this version as the trial stage concludes. The date above identifies the current version. Also see our terms of service.

Language preference

We save your Spanish or English preference for 180 days. If you haven't chosen, we use the approximate country of your connection and fall back to your browser language. We do not request your GPS location.
